Cookie Policy – Invytly Website

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites may store on a user’s device during navigation.

In addition to cookies, a website may use technically equivalent technologies (e.g. scripts or system logs) that are strictly necessary for its operation.

2. Cookies used by this website

a) Strictly necessary technical cookies

This website uses technical cookies or equivalent tools that are necessary to:

  • ensure the proper functioning of the website;
  • guarantee the security and stability of the infrastructure;
  • manage requests submitted by users.

In particular, the website sets one cookie of its own, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose when it differs from your browser’s language. It is deleted when you close the browser.

These cookies do not require user consent, in accordance with applicable law.

b) Profiling or marketing cookies

This website does not use profiling, marketing, or behavioral tracking cookies of its own.

c) Analytics

This website does not use analytics cookies or Google Analytics.

It uses Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., to collect anonymous and aggregated statistics about its use (for example, number of visits, pages viewed, device type and approximate geographic location). The service does not use cookies, does not rely on persistent identifiers and does not allow visitors to be identified, so it does not require consent.

3. Third‑party content

a) YouTube

The planner demo page embeds a video from YouTube in privacy‑enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player connects to YouTube when the page opens. Privacy-enhanced mode limits personalization; it does not establish that no technical data are processed.

Playing video content may result in the installation of cookies or the processing of technical data by Google, in accordance with the policies of the relevant providers.

b) Calendly

The planner demo page includes a booking calendar provided by Calendly, LLC (United States). Calendly loads when this page opens, even if you do not book a call, so it processes technical data such as your IP address, and displays its own cookie controls. Optional cookies require your consent through those controls. Calendly’s cookies are described in its Privacy Notice. If you prefer to avoid them, you can request a demo by writing to hello@invytly.com instead of visiting that page.

4. Managing cookies

Users may manage or disable cookies through their browser settings, including third-party cookies.
Disabling technical cookies may impair the proper functioning of the website.

5. Cookie banner

This website does not show a cookie consent banner of its own: its own cookie is strictly necessary and its analytics do not use cookies. For the third-party content described in section 3, Calendly asks for consent to optional cookies through its own controls, and YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.

6. Reference to the Privacy Policy

For all information regarding the processing of personal data carried out through cookies or technically equivalent tools, please refer to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Cookie Policy.

7. Data Controller

The Data Controller is:

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Cookie Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
